NEXSTEP has partnered up with the Open University of Hong Kong on our Virtual Internship Projects. Our Virtual Internships provide students with the opportunity to gain on-the-job training in professional settings without having to work on-site.
One of these projects had a selected group of students from the Open University experience first hand how this innovative technology will shape the future of work.
This saw them taking a 5 day visit to Japan to meet up with Robert Millar – the founder of Ginzahub in Tokyo – to research and plan the expansion of Ginzahub in Hong Kong. After their 5 day visit to Japan the students returned to Hong Kong and worked remotely through our platform on the project for 6 weeks.
