QA Intern (Engineering team)
Description of Roles & Responsibilities: Under general supervision, is responsible for providing analytical support on moderately complex projects within QA engineering team. Specialization where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors. This level intern possesses and applies a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures to the completion of moderately difficult assignments, during the full Eko Internship Program.
- Design, code and execute automated test scripts
- Create bug in Jira tool
- Testing our feature on multiple platforms (desktop, mobile, cloud) and operating system environments (Windows, MacOS X, Android, iOS)
- Applies fundamental skills, concepts and practices to solve assignments.
- Consults with development managers in resolution of problems

Job Description

Customer Support - Customer Success Intern
Description of Roles & Responsibilities: The Eko Internship Program is looking for highly motivated students to execute growth strategies through customer success role. As a customer success intern, you’ll work closely with the sales, marketing and product teams to ensure customers are successful and happy.
As a fast-paced start up, you will have opportunity to learn new things everyday.
As a Customer Success;
- Client-facing experience is essential including delivering presentations and product demonstrations, running workshops and managing client’s expectations.
- Prepare and deliver training sessions
- Business use-cases help us understand our customers’ needs better. One of the customer success roles is to help writing and to publish those successful use cases.
Customer Support Practices :
- Customer Success may gather feedback from their customers and analyze customer data to identify the best practices.
Product Support Practices:
- They may even help customers plan and understand the best ways to utilize their software or products based on the customer’s business needs or business plans.
What the difference between customer success and sales?
- The Customer Success is not focused on making sales, rather on educating their customers on the flexibility and capabilities of our software so customers are encouraged to continue using their services.

Content Translator
Eko Internship Program Job responsibilities
- Read through original material and rewrite it from English to one of European language (Dutch, or Spanish, or German or English, or French) ensuring that the meaning of the source text is retained.
- Attention to detail combined with the ability to work quickly to meet deadlines
- A good understanding and make sense in commercial contents’ translating
What we’re looking for:-
- European natives (Originally comes from Netherland, or Spain, or Germany or British, or France)
- Proficiency in the use of a range of computer packages
- Excellent writing skills and command of grammar in English
- The ability to use initiative in a commercial context
- Although pre-entry experience is not essential, it is useful when applying for work. Any examples of translation projects carried out, even if on a voluntary basis, will be useful, as will work you have done which involves languages.
