How Does It Work?

Application & Deposit

Submit your application along with the US$ 400 deposit to get the process started.

Meet your personalized and dedicated NextStep advisor to discuss expectations and plan your program.

Internship Matching

The process takes a minimum of two weeks and can take up to six weeks or more depending on when we receive your application When we start the placement process, we will assess which host company and position fits your expectations. We organise phone interviews with companies to make the process easier on both sides.

Internship Offer

Once you have officially accepted an internship that has been offered by one of our partner companies, you will receive an official letter/notification.

Balance Payment

Once you have officially accepted an internship that has been offered by one of our partner companies. We will require you to settle your program fee in order to start working on the pre-arrival formalities.

Pre-departure Process (Flight, Visa, Housing)

We will work with you to ensure your visa is processed smoothly. Depending on the location, we will handle the visa or send you required documents so that the visa enables to to intern legally abroad. Once your visa has been granted by the immigration authorities, we will make the final arrangements and prepare your arrival (Cultural orientation, airport pick-up, housing booking, first day of work)
