The AI internship is designed to expose you to practical, real-world AI applications. You'll work on projects that tackle industry challenges, gaining hands-on experience in developing AI solutions. This will provide valuable insights into the application of AI in diverse fields.

Mentorship is a crucial component of the AI internship. You'll be paired with experienced professionals who will guide you through projects, provide feedback, and offer insights into the AI industry. Regular check-ins and collaborative sessions will ensure you have the support needed for success.

How Does It Work?

Inquiry

Submit your inquiry or ask us any questions before applying.

Application & Deposit

Submit your application along with the US$ 400 deposit to get the process started.

Advisory Call

Meet your personalized and dedicated NextStep advisor to discuss expectations and plan your program.

Internship Matching

The process takes a minimum of two weeks and can take up to six weeks or more depending on when we receive your application When we start the placement process, we will assess which host company and position fits your expectations. We organise phone interviews with companies to make the process easier on both sides.

Internship Offer

Once you have officially accepted an internship that has been offered by one of our partner companies, you will receive an official letter/notification.

Balance Payment

Once you have officially accepted an internship that has been offered by one of our partner companies. We will require you to settle your program fee in order to start working on the pre-arrival formalities.

Pre-departure Process (Flight, Visa, Housing)

We will work with you to ensure your visa is processed smoothly. Depending on the location, we will handle the visa or send you required documents so that the visa enables to to intern legally abroad. Once your visa has been granted by the immigration authorities, we will make the final arrangements and prepare your arrival (Cultural orientation, airport pick-up, housing booking, first day of work)

Arrival & Transfer

You are all set. Our team will pick you up at the airport upon arrival. We will take you to your housing and organize a formal orientation to get your familiar with your surroundings, meet our team and fellow participants. You are now ready to start your internship and take on the next step to a life-changing journey. We are here for you. Just enjoy the ride.

First Day of Work

Meet your colleagues, get onboarded and start your internship.

Weekly Mentoring

Interact weekly with your NEXSTEP mentor and company supervisor to navigate challenges and successes.

Participate in employability and corss-cultural activities to enhance your learning.

Mid-term Report

This enables you and your host company to discuss successes and improvements needed for the rest of the program.

End of Program Evaluation

Receive an evaluation from your host company.

Skills Outcomes

Obtain an evaluation showcasing the skills acquired and developed during the program.

Certificate & Recommendation

Obtain your program certificate and leet of recommendation (at the discretion of your host company).
